Renovating a house is a nice project for someone who can hold a hammer. It's a challenge that adds a pleasant content to life. However, it is worth putting aside any unnecessary optimism about the time it takes to renovate. There are always surprises. Fortunately, help is always just a phone call away.

A family man living in Jyväskylä had taken on the project of renovating the upstairs of his home. The demolition of the old one was well under way. Once the floor was demolished, the plan was to replace the insulation in the crawl space with new insulation. The insulation was cutter cuttings, and there was a lot of it. But he kept calling, and after a while the phone rang at the 24 Center customer service desk. The customer service representative answered briskly, listened to the customer's needs and promised a high-powered truck to the customer's yard the next day. The customer couldn't believe his ears. But he decided to trust his hearing and order the service.

The next day, a high-powered courier roared into the customer's yard with two men in tow. The men greeted the customer and asked him to show them where the car should be driven. The actual vacuuming of the cutters took less than an hour. The customer was able to continue with the repair without any problems.

The customer was satisfied with the service. The customer was particularly pleased with the speed of the service. The free feedback was as follows. On a scale of 1 to 10, the customer service representative scored a 9 and the installer a 10.
