For more than three years, I have had the opportunity to work in a very interesting position to develop and grow the 24 Center partner network. Through my work, I have had the opportunity to work with companies from different building services sectors on a daily basis. We are grateful for a well-functioning partner network. Their input is essential to ensure that our service runs smoothly and that our customers receive a high quality service.
The partner network covers a wide range of building services, from plumbers and electricians to suction truck services. It is an asset that enables not only a wide range of expertise but also a truly fast service. Quality is of the utmost importance to 24 Center, and we have made every effort to partner with contractors whose service quality is as good as possible.
We constantly monitor customer feedback on our own and our partners' activities. Feedback is also available on our partners' own portal, so that they can also improve their own operations. According to feedback surveys, 24 Center customers' satisfaction with the installer, i.e. the partner companies, is currently 9/10 or higher, which is a very good level.
At 24 Center, customers get a genuine, easy and fast service for all their building services needs - in just one contact. The customer service team will make the most accurate assessment of the situation and help you find the best solution to your needs. The order is then forwarded to the local partners in their 24 Center for Partners application, where it is picked up if it suits them.
The most common positive feedback from partners is that orders can be received for delivery at a time that suits them best in terms of timing, location and description. Good feedback has also been received that orders are clear and that the flow of information is very good in terms of customer service, invoicing and other issues.
On the positive side, the partners have remained well-connected in the network and the relationships have been built on a genuinely sustainable and long-term basis. From the outset, the partner companies have been involved in developing and designing the 24 Center service to ensure that it works as well as possible for them and the end customer. For example, in the recently completed new appi project, partner companies have been involved in the development throughout the project.
At the moment in Finland we have a good situation. We have around 500 partners in different parts of Finland, which means fast and efficient service. Of course, more resources are still needed in individual locations and we are happy to cooperate with new, high-quality companies. In Sweden, too, we have been able to attract partner companies and the service has got off to a good start in all respects. The partners have started to take orders automatically and the flow of information has been clear.
Good cooperation emphasises trust, mutual respect and appreciation, and joint development. From the very beginning, it has been important to stick to agreements and what has been agreed, and to be open and honest even in difficult matters. Both parties must have clear procedures and principles of good cooperation in place. →
