Customer feedback September 2018

Suction pump service:

"On Sunday, sewage was coming in from the drains and we had no idea what was causing it. We assumed that we had badly blocked drains. A drainage truck quickly arrived and we were able to empty the pipe as well as possible and at the same time we found out that the connection to the HSY sewerage system was blocked. The probable cause was thought to be fibre optic cabling work by Telia, which was then proven correct the next day."

"I asked for a drain survey and opening as soon as possible and preferably on the same day, and it worked."

Plumbing emergency:

"I got a very good impression of the installers, calm professional men who didn't rush but worked hard to get the problem solved within the same day. The correct spare parts were included for the pump which I had already mentioned to the customer service person that it was not worth coming if the parts were not included, the pump would not work without the spare parts I had mentioned. Very professional repair service for which my best thanks when the water pump connection was fixed !"

"We had an unexpected leak in the kitchen and it was a big relief to get a plumber out there so quickly."

Glass Day Service:

"The installer was friendly and matter-of-fact. He promptly removed the broken window glass and cleaned up some of the debris. The work continued the next day. We had to wait until late afternoon for the new glass to be put in place. The installation of the new glass went smoothly."

"It went well. The window has been replaced and the work was neat."

On-call services:

"A dangerous power failure occurred suddenly between Saturday and Sunday night. What are you doing? Google told us about the electrician on call. 24Center responded quickly and within an hour an electrician was on site. I am very satisfied with the service. The only downside was that the installer's night and Sunday bonuses added up to a fair bill - but what do you do when the house can catch fire? Of course, we were told about the fair price in advance, so it didn't come as a surprise."

"I was well informed about the progress of the process -> when the electrician will come from/which company, etc. The electrician arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable."

Refrigerator:

"We first tried to repair through the company that installed the device, x. They did not respond to three requests for contact made on the form, took a while to answer the phone and finally the next available time would have been perhaps a month later. Through you, the repair had been completed by the time company x even returned in the form of a possible repair time..."
